Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of signing the contract.

Procedure

Request it by email to: marketing@itcs.vip, indicating your details and the product/service contracted.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method.

Exceptions

Does not apply if the service has been fully provided or if it involves downloaded digital content.
